We are proudly based in Ottawa, Ontario. While Ottawa is our home, we love following a good story wherever it leads! Whether it’s a vineyard in Prince Edward County or a destination further afield, we are always ready to pack our bags.

I love to travel! For any celebration within 50km of downtown Ottawa (Parliament Hill), travel is on the house.
If your story takes us a bit further, a standard travel fee of $0.75/km (round-trip) applies to cover fuel and time on the road. For locations over 150km away, I’ll also ask for a modest overnight accommodation to ensure I’m fully rested and ready to capture your big day!

The process is simple: Fill out our Contact Form, we’ll hopon a quick call to see if we’re a match, and once the paperwork is done, we’ve got you covered every step of the way.

We typically recommend a second shooter if:
Your guest list exceeds 150 people.
Your timeline requires us to be in two places at once (e.g., both partners getting ready simultaneously in different locations). Having a second set of eyes ensures no candid moment or bokeh-filled detail goes uncaptured.

The sooner, the better! On average, our calendar fills up about 15 months in advance. If you have your heart set on a specific date, we recommend reaching out as soon as your venue is secured to ensure we’re available to tell your story.

To officially call us "your photographers" and reserve your date, we require a non-refundable $1,000 retainer fee. The remaining balance is conveniently split into two equal payments:
4 months before the wedding.
1 month before the wedding.
We accept Credit Card, E-transfer, or Direct Deposit. Please note we do not offer discounts for cash payments.
